Admin Access Payments

CupNation offers two paid admin tiers, each as a one-time payment:

• Company Admin: €39.00 — Create and manage a company competition for the World Cup 2026 tournament.
• Group Admin: €12.50 — Create and manage a group or department competition within an existing company.

Prices may vary by currency based on your location. Individual participants can join competitions for free.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of payment for any reason, provided you have not yet used the admin features (e.g., created a competition, invited participants, or configured settings).

If you have already started using the admin features within the 14-day period, you acknowledge that you have waived your right of withdrawal by beginning to use the digital service.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

• Within 14 days (unused): Full refund, no questions asked, if you have not used any admin features.
• Duplicate Payments: If you were accidentally charged twice, we will refund the duplicate charge immediately.
• Technical Errors: If a technical issue prevented you from accessing the admin features you paid for, we will investigate and issue a refund if appropriate.
• Pre-Tournament Cancellation: If you request a refund before the World Cup 2026 tournament begins and have not used any admin features, we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.

No refunds will be issued:

• After 14 days from the date of purchase, unless covered by the exceptions above
• After the World Cup 2026 tournament has started
• If you have already created a company or group competition and invited participants
• For change of mind after using the admin features

If you have any concerns about a payment or wish to dispute a charge, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will respond within 2-3 business days and work with you to resolve the issue.

We encourage you to contact us before filing a dispute with your bank or card issuer, as we can often resolve issues faster directly.

How to Request a Refund

• Your name and email address used for registration
• Your company or group name
• Payment date and transaction ID (if available)
• Reason for refund request

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and will appear on your original payment method.
